When do you clean the bins?
We clean the bins the day after they are collected by the Council. This ensures that the bins are empty when we come.
What happens if you dont clean the bins?
If the bin cleans are missed due to us we will not charge for the missed clean. If the bin cleans are missed because they are shut away or have been refilled we will charge for the visit. We do send sms reminders before each service to make sure this isnt an issue.
Do you need access to the property?
No, We ask that bins are kept empty and on the property boundary ready for cleaning.
What happens to the waste water?
We collect all water in our custom built machines, we filter out any solids and dispose of the water direct to sewer.
